[fade]An important part of our services is to view and assess your space. We place great importance to your personal aesthetic and aspirations. This consultation is also an opportunity for us to discuss in greater detail any concerns you may have.
We collect floor plans and photographs, in order to develop a wholesome proposal that includes the design fee and FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) budget estimate. If you wish to proceed, a site survey can be scheduled at a later date. We always aim to create a beautiful and thoughtful home that reflects your unique personality. [/fade]

CONCEPT & SPACE PLANNING[/fade]
[fade]Once we develop the concept, we will present our samples and design suggestions. We will then create an assemblage of the detail–driven key items: furniture, fabrics and accessories that are in sync with your vision. [/fade]

[fade]Coming from a savvy London–based environment, our studio will provide the final specifications to efficient contractors, decorators and other craftsmen. We believe in tight management and control to ensure immaculate execution. We will present the final bespoke FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment), along with the finishing touches. [/fade]

[fade]Our studio oversees each project from concept to completion and manipulates every minuscule detail to perfection. We will produce a tailored schedule and we will hold regular site meetings.
